Several massive Christian youth conferences will be happening simultaneously in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg this week.
In Gatlinburg, the Xtreme Winter Conferences is holding three separate, back-to-back events with MC Pete Hixon hosting at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. The first event lasts from Dec. 26 until the 28, the second from the 27th until the 29th, and a third from Dec. 30 through Jan. 1.
In Pigeon Forge at the Grand Convention Center, MC Steve Davenport will be hosting.
The conferences will include a host of musical performers and guest speakers from across the country. The Pigeon Forge Conference starts on the 29th, lasting until Jan. 1.
Pioneering artist TobyMac will be playing all four events with a mixture of rock, pop, hip hop and urban genres.
Conference goers will also be entertained by the likes of NewSong’s and their Christian themed music, also scheduled to play all four events.
There will also be a whole host of speakers at the events including Johnny Hunt the pastor of one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing churches, First Baptist Woodstock,GA.
Also, Tony Nolan, the founder of TNT ministries, will be speaking at all four Sevier County conferences. Tony’s stated mission is “to make the devil mad and God glad.”
Speaker, Ergun Caner, has spoken to over fifty thousand college and high school students in major concerts. He will be speaking at the first Gatlinburg conference, as well as the Pigeon Forge conference.
Dave Edwards is scheduled to speak at the second Gatlinburg conference. Edwards likes to blend humor with Bible principles in his preaching.
The Xtreme Conferences are in their 10th year of existence with a stated goal to create environments and experiences that provide youth leaders with open doors of ministry to the hearts of their youth.
