Sign up now of the weight training classes offered at the Sevierville Parks and Recreation Department. The Aerobic Weight Training Class is the ultimate exercise program that improves cardiovascular systems, burns calories, tones muscles, and improves strength and flexibility. This class combines aerobic exercise and weight training exercise – both types of exercise are important to total body fitness.
