First Tennessee recently promoted Logan Cotter to manager of the Downtown West Financial Center on Downtown West Boulevard in West Knoxville.
Cotter joined First Tennessee in June as a financial services specialist at the West End Financial Center. Before that, he worked for a year as an assistant manager with National City Bank in Columbus, Ohio.
