Dear Editor:
I would like to congratulate the staff of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce on an excellent Membership Breakfast on March 1, 2005. The sold-out event featured Tennessee Volunteers Head Coach Phillip Fulmer who entertained the 300+ attendees with motivational and humorous anecdotes from his years in football.
We use the Membership Breakfast as a way to say thank you to our members for believing in and being part of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce. But I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank them again. There are 496 member businesses of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce and we’re growing stronger as an organization everyday – all because of our wonderful members and their support.
I would also like to thank our sponsors without whom the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Membership Breakfast would not have been possible. Thank you to our title sponsor Charter Business and Charter Media, as well as our presenting sponsors. Those include: Colonial Real Estate, Sevier County Bank, Dollywood, Cariten Healthcare, Real Yellow Pages, NASCAR SpeedPark, Tennessee State Bank, Staples, BellSouth, Wimberly Lawson Seale Wright & Daves, Smoky Mountain Children’s Home, Citizens National Bank, BB&T, Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union, Mountain National Bank, Barber McMurry Architects, Denark Construction and Cingular Wireless. Also, thank you to the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home for hosting the event. The Children’s Home staff decorated the facility, prepared an excellent breakfast and coordinated event parking.
This recent Membership Breakfast was our most successful yet. I know that each year the excitement and attendance will only continue to increase thanks to the support of our membership.
Sincerely,
Brenda McCroskey
