The search is continuing for Yuriy Solovyev who was indicted in the murder of his two roommates. The bodies of the victims have never been found. Gatlinburg Police and the FBI are still looking for the man they believed killed two Russian nationals in 2002. The District Attorneys office unsealed his indictment so the FBI and TBI could publish information about him and help in the search.
Solovyev was spotted in Washington, DC, using the victims’ credit cards. For a time he worked at a gas station in Rahway, New Jersey where he was accused of stealing cash and cigarettes from his employer.
According to authorities, Solovyev is 5’9” and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair and greenish brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous.
