Official grand opening in November but store opens for business Saturday

One of the largest Dollar Tree stores will be opening in Sevierville on October 30, to the delight of dollar store enthusiasts.
“We are very pleased to be here and be part of the Sevier County community. We welcome everyone,” Store Manager Gary Patrick stated to The Herald as he was preparing the store for it’s opening.
Dollar Tree has over 3,000 stores across the lower forty-eight states and everything they sell is no more than a dollar.
The Sevierville store is larger than any other Dollar Tree location. Available will be both hard-line, tolls and such, and soft-line products, such as the necessities of life, toilet paper, etc. Items include auto supplies, craft material and various food products.
The Dollar Tree is located at 657 Parkway-River Place Plaza. The official grand opening for the Sevierville Dollar Tree is scheduled for mid-November but customers are encouraged to take advantage of the early opening. The main office for Dollar Tree is located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The store hours will open at 9 a.m. and close at 9 pm, Monday through Saturday. Sunday hours are 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Among the already assembled staff are Store Manager Gary Patrick, Store Opener Mike Braden and Assistant. Managers Linda Heinzelment, Cindy Whitaker and Brian Wood.
Dollar Tree will employ 15 to 20 people at this store.
