The Braves played their first T-Ball season at Bower Field and won a victory for the season going undefeated against older, more experienced teams.
“This is their first year playing T-Ball,” stated Sherri Boling, whose husband Mark coached the team this year. “Last year they played Wee-Ball. They are all four-year-olds and they played against five and six year olds. This is the first time at Bower Field that a first year team won the championship.”
The team has one more year to go in T-Ball and then they will move on up the ranks. This looks like one group of kids worth keeping an eye on.
