Saturday, July 10, more than six dozen home sites in the Boyd’s Creek Community were auctioned to high bidders.
McCarter Real Estate and Auction Company auctioned 75 premium home sites of the 103 sites available in Majestic Meadows, and five business lots. The five commercial lots border Boyd’s Creek Hwy.
Several of the lots offered panoramic views, with some estate-size lots ranging in size to 3.4 acres.
The business sites were restricted to the same exterior requirements as the home sites to keep the same overall look of the neighborhood.
