David C. Verble celebrated his 25th Anniversary with Citizens National Bank on April 1, 2004. Mr. Verble currently serves as the President and is on the Board of Directors where he is the secretary treasurer for CNB Bancshares, Inc. Verble is a graduate of The University of Tennessee and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He is President of Area Wide Development Corporation, Vice-Chair of the Dr. Robert F. Thomas Foundation Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors for the Business Bureau of Greater East Tennessee, Inc. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children, Carrie, (15), and Daniel, (13).
On his 25th Anniversary, Citizens National Bank honored Mr. Verble with a luncheon catered by Calhoun’s in Gatlinburg at the Courthouse Plaza.
