Obituaries

Earl L. Delius, age 76, of Seymour, who for the last several years courageously battled many personal illnesses and set the most valiant unselfish example by the love and care he so lovingly gave to his wife Mildred before her death. The example he set for us will always be a goal for us to follow in each of our personal lives. He passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2004.
Funeral services were held Saturday in Atchley’s Seymour Chapel with Rev. W.A. Galyon officiating. Interment was Sunday in Knob Creek Cemetery. The family received friends Saturday at Atchley Funeral Home, Seymour 122 Peacock Court, Seymour.

Trotter, Marion Estella Gose (age 80) died on February 18, 2004. She was born on June 12, 1923 in Knoxville, Tennessee, and continued living in Knoxville the majority of her life. She graduated from Knoxville High School in 1943 (Class of 43-B), and subsequently married Troy C. Trotter. Funeral services were held Thursday at Atchley’s Seymour Chapel, The Reverend Dr. William H. Balch and The Reverend H. B. Hauk, Jr. officiated. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations were made either to the Alzheimer’s Association – East Tennessee Chapter, 2200 Sutherland Avenue, Suite 102, Knoxville, TN 37919 or to the First United Methodist Church Building Fund, 214 Cedar Street, Sevierville, TN 37862. The family received friends Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home Seymour. Graveside services were Friday at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Sandra Franklin Breeden, age 52 of Sevierville, died Monday, February 16, 2004. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Friday at Mountain View Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Helton and Rev. Jack Hitch officiating. Interment followed in Mountain View Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.

Florence Blanche Rhoads Ogle, age 97 of Sevierville, died Sunday, February 15, 2004 at Fort Sanders-Sevier Nursing Home.
Funeral services were held Monday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Interment was in DeRidder, La. The family received friends Monday at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville.
