Timothy J. Hahn, wanted in Pasco County, FL, on first-degree murder charges, was taken into custody in Seymour on Thursday, September 18, by Sevier County deputies.
Hahn, who was living at 1060 Valley View Circle in Sevierville, is now awaiting extradition in the Sevier County Jail with a $1 million dollar bond.
Hahn’s indictment had been handed down the previous day by Pasco County Circuit Court. Deputies moved immediately to capture Hahn.
Pasco County is on the Gulf coast of Florida west of Orlando. Authorities there will attempt extradition of Hahn as soon as possible.
