Smoky Mountain Ridge is one of the newest residential developments in the Sevierville area. The resort boasts incredible mountain views, quality built log homes, exquisite landscaping, three-plus miles of walking trails and many other amenities. This development is all contained in a gated, planned unit development on approximately on 100 acres.
As many trees as possible were spared during construction to enhance the rustic charm. There are also underground utilities, so hanging wires and cables will not detract from the rural setting. The resort even has its own sewer district that will eliminate the need for septic tanks and sulfur-smelling wells.
The developer, Golden Florida Management Corp., who has been in business for 25 years, builds 6,000 to 8,000 residential units within the U.S. annually. They have vowed to make this log cabin resort the most beautiful and functional in the area.
Other services offered by Golden Florida Management include a professional decorator to assist new cabin owners with furnishing and color choices. There is also a rental management company to help owners book renters. According to project manager Steve McIntosh, the first 25 owners have taken advantage of this plan to help defray costs of cabin ownership.
