4-H Connections

The recent warm weather reminds us that summer will be here beforeyou know it. With summer, comes opportunities for young people to participate in 4-H Camp.  No matter what the age, Sevier County has a camp planned just for you this summer.
Applications can be obtained at the Sevier County 4-H Office, Room 102E, Sevier County Courthouse. Phone 453-3695 for details on these camps.  Camp opportunities are open to all Sevier County 4-H members regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability or veteran status.

• Junior 4-H Camp (June 9-13) – Clyde Austin 4-H Center, Greeneville, TN; grades 4-6; $140.00 overnight camp; campfires, sports, crafts, swimming, fishing and canoeing, etc.

• Bicycle Camp (June 16-17) – Pigeon Forge Middle School, Pigeon Forge, TN; grades 5th – 8th; $20.00; 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. each day; learn bike safety, maintenance and riding skills; includes group ride and picnic on local greenway.
