At the recent annual meeting of Mountain Hope Good Shepard Clinic, Inc, the following officers were elected to serve for the next 12 months: Marion Oates, President; Geri Rennie, vice-President; and Robin Waters, Treasurer. Kimberly Walker will continue as secretary. Others serving on the board are Billy Carroll, Jeff Collart, Kay Collier-Pittman, Paul Duncan, Doug Guyot, G.D. “Moe” Greenwood, Patrick Harrell, Amos Marshall, Alyene Reese, Daryl Roberts, Sue Ellen Riddle, Earlene Teaster, Theresa Tyler, and Earl Worsham. Roberts is outgoing president and Reese and Riddle are founders. Mary Vance is executive director of the non-profit organization, which provides medical, dental, and behavior services to the working uninsured with volunteer and paid staff. Over 5,000 visits to the clinic are made annualy, Dr. Johnnie Human, who works in the area of behavior health, was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year.
