The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has announced that it has added three new people to the list of TBI’s Most Wanted Fugitives. They include: Kenneth Bernard Hill, age 31, to the listing of the Hill is wanted for first-degree murder in Shelby County and aggravated robbery and aggravated assault in Hamilton County.
Hill is a black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 190 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Based on the severity of the charges the TBI considers Hill to be armed and dangerous.
Second is Milta Denecio Blanchard, age 28, Blanchard is wanted for being a convicted felon in possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in Shelby County.
Blanchard is a black male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 295 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Third was Donald Leo Tidwell, age 45. Tidwell was wanted for statutory rape, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and patronizing prostitution in Dickson County.
Tidwell is a white male, 5 feet, 7 inches tag, weighing 160 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. Based on the severity of the charges the TBI considered Tidwell to be armed and dangerous. He was apprehended on November 12, 2002 in Bakersfield California.
