Dear Ms. Karl,
I want to personally thank you for your participation in our media luncheon on August 20, 2002. As we push to initiate an AMBER plan, we must remain focused and intense. Therefore, we are scheduling an East Tennessee Region Amber Plan Task Force, which you have agreed to be involved with. This initial effort will result in the formation of the AMBER PLAN and further our efforts to safeguard our children.
Thank you for your continued effort and commitment.

Sincerely,
Phil E. Keith
Chief of Police
Knoxville Police
Department

The King’s Academy appreciates the support you provided by announcing the recent visit by a delegation of students and staff from Hefei Run’An Boarding School in China.
We would like to thank publicly the following businesses in our area that made a tremendous contribution to the success of the visit. Their hospitality and their patience with the language differences were quite impressive, and very much appreciated. The Chinese students and chaperones voiced extreme satisfaction with their tour and will take with them fond memories of The King’s Academy and the East Tennessee region. We pray that God will smile upon all of the businesses and organizations, as He has blessed us by their support in this effort.
