Last Tuesday evening (August 20th) people put on their dancing shoes and came to the Smoky Mountain Convention Center to dine and dance the night away. The dance featured the music of the Ray Brooks Orchestra. People from all over attended including residents of Sevier, Knox and Blount counties. Out-of-towners were also plentiful as many were in town for the two-week long Celebrate Freedom events. Celebrate Freedom activities were held August 10th through August 24th.
