Group to Meet
Sevier County Alzheimer’s Support Group meets Thursdays at 7 p.m. in the Thomas Wing of Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center. Call Steve Streibig at 428-6594 if your plan on bringing an Alzheimer patient or for more information.

Democrat Club

Free Mammograms
Free mammogram screenings and breast health information is available for uninsured women over the age of 40 living or working in Sevier County. The dates are Wednesday, Aug. 28 at Gatlinburg Community Center and Thursday, Aug. 29 at Wal-Mart, Sevierville, Monday, Sept. 16 at Seymour First Baptist Church, Thursday, Sept. 26 at Sevierville First Baptist Church, Friday, Oct. 11 at Dollywood and Thursday, Oct. 24 at Sevier County Health Department. Weight Training Offered
Weight training classes offered by Sevierville Parks and Recreation are 6:15 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Senior adult weight training class is at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday. For more information phone 453-5441.
