The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has announced Saturday, June 8th, 2002 that it has added Charles Arleigh Green, age 39, Ronald Maurice Gooch, age 23 (Gooch was apprehended Sunday, June 9th), James Edward Watson, age 46 and Ronald Tracey McClure to the listing of the TBI’s Most wanted Fugitives.
