Time for the Neighbors to gather
Want to be patriotic? Show your true red, white and blue and get together with your neighbors and have a feast. Bring on your best buffet shoes and tails and let the world see that we still find time to be kind and strong. As we remember those who have gone before us to protect our freedom and those who still today are fighting for what America stands for, let those around you know that they are part of what makes us unique as a nation.
We find time to share with each other at other holidays such as Christmas and Easter. Let us also take the days such as this to remember what life is all about. We still have dreams and goals to meet but let us put aside the things that so easily entangle us and be a part of what has always made our nation one of such great strength. It has been our willingness to help our neighbors in time of need and also be a part of them when there is something to celebrate. We have much to celebrate…..We are free because of those who have given up their lives. I cannot think of anything more appropriate to share with our community, those who share the space we call home.
