Sevier County Sheriffs Department Criminal Investigation Division has made an arrest in a series of residential burglaries in the Walden’s Creek Area. Detectives have arrested Johnny Ray Hill age 46 of 732 Gnatty Branch Rd. He was charged on Thursday, March 1, with 7 counts of aggravated burglary after detectives recovered jewelry and guns that were stolen in the burglaries. Hill was charged and arraigned and a $70,000.00 bond was set. Detectives state that more charges are forthcoming and the investigation is continuing at this time.
